Event Details

Kick off the new year with this Low Impact cardio and toning fitness blender with instructor Jodi Dlugos. This class is a safe, fun and effective program for all ages and levels. All will benefit! If you have concerns with joints or injuries this is the workout for you! You will need a fitness mat or towel, sneakers a bottle of water and a set of light dumbbells (optional). There is a $15 fee. SHPL registers Dec. 7, others Dec. 14.
