Instructor Regina will kick off your week with a yoga routine to strengthen the body and relax the mind. There is a $24 fee for this 6-session class.
South Huntington cardholders register beginning Dec. 8.
No class Jan. 19 (MLK Day) and Feb. 16 (Presidents Day).
