Week Calendar

Calling all bookworms! Come to the Friends of the Library's annual Fall Book Sale and stock up on reading material for the chilly days ahead. Fiction, non-fiction, paperbacks, cookbooks, picture books -- there's something for everyone!

Elio, a space fanatic with an active imagination, finds himself inadvertently beamed up to the Communiverse, an interplanetary organization with representatives from galaxies far and wide.

High School students will assist children in the community with their homework assignments in the YA Library. Parents/Caregivers must remain in the building during the program.

Help spread joy to deployed troops and veterans by creating handmade ornaments and cards. One hour of community service. For SHPL cardholders in grades 6-12. Registration begins October 24 at 7pm. 

Do you love to write or draw?  We'll provide you with a blank journal and you can decorate the cover in any way you want.  At the end, we'll have a snack!  Registration begins October 31 at 7pm

Whodunnit?  Gather clues, interview suspects and solve the crime before the culprit escapes.  Put your detective skills to the test and uncover the truth!  Registration begins October 31 at 7pm.
