Mattituck's annual Strawberry Festival happens this week. Have your own festival at home with Chef Rob's yummy Strawberry Bread. Register and pick up a kit with the recipe and dry ingredients to make the bread.

Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.

Join instructor Elana live on Zoom for a yoga routine you can do using a chair for support. This class is great for those with balance issues, are new to exercise or as a supplement to their regular yoga practice.

Instructor Regina will help you take your Tai Chi (Yang 24 form) practice to the next level using the concepts and philosophy behind each move. There is a $28 fee for this 7-session class.

Instructor Augusta will lead a yoga routine to strengthen your body and relax your mind. There is a $42 fee for this 8-session class.

This gentle yoga class with instructor Annemarie is designed to release stress as we use our breath to connect with each of the asana (movements/postures). This class is for all levels and modifications will be given.

 Huntington AARP team will meet.  The group is in need of active volunteers and team leaders for upcoming community outreach events.

Create a magical miniature fairy garden in a terracotta pot. You'll get to decorate your mini garden and create your very own fairy furniture. Your kit will contain materials and basic instructions on how to assemble your garden.
