Join instructor Regina to learn this ancient Chinese form of movement that can improve your strength, flexibility, balance, and even become a moving meditation. Class will begin with a short warm-up, known as Qi Gong.

Join instructor Augusta live on Zoom for a chair yoga routine you can do using a chair for support, all from the convenience and comfort of home. There is a $47 fee for this 9-session class.

Here is an opportunity to learn one of the more gentle forms of Tai Chi with instructor Regina. It was originally designed for those with arthritis.

Instructor Tina Campbell will be live on Zoom to lead these low-impact cardio-sculpt classes that you can do from the comfort and convenience of home. There is a $26 fee.

The group will discuss upcoming volunteer opportunities. Afterwards, a guest speaker will discuss elder law, including wills, power of attorney, health proxies and more. All welcome.
