Representatives from the Suffolk County Police Department's Second Precinct will discuss topics related to community policing. Residents are invited to bring up issues of concern in their neighborhoods.

The Friends will discuss upcoming events, including seed packing and an author visit. There will also be a demonstration of the new online catalog. All welcome. Bring a friend!

The Huntington AARP Volunteer Team invites community members to attend its monthly meeting. These meetings focus on local volunteer opportunities and community outreach, and they are currently seeking new members to support their efforts.

Decorate a reusable grocery tote to be donated to a food pantry.  Earn a maximum of one hour of community service. For SHPL cardholders in grades 6-12. No registration required. First come, first serve.
