Instructor Evelyn will lead this gentle, full-body workout, which is great for those 50+, new to exercise or with balance issues. You can work out from the comfort of a chair or stand and use a chair for balance.

Drop by and create 2 Valentine’s Day cards which will be sent to veterans at the Northport VA Center. A maximum of one hour of community service. For SHPL cardholders in grades 6-12. No registration is required.
