Dementia is a debilitating condition that robs patients of their memories and leaves them feeling lost and alone. Join us live on Zoom to learn about innovative activities that offer a ray of hope for dementia patients, allowing them to rediscover joy and connection. Presented by FCA‘s Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver Support Program, which is funded by Parker Jewish Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands.
