Feeling a little stressed but super crafty?  Let go of those worries by making a stress ball!

After making your stress ball, join other teens with a counselor from Project Sanctuary on September 17 at 4:00pm as we share ways we can deal with stress.

Registration begins September 3. Kits will be available for those registered beginning September 10.
