Parker Jewish Institute’s Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands program has partnered with the Center of Excellence for Alzheimer’s Disease at Stony Brook University to present an informative discussion led by an experienced physician about Alzheimer’s disease. Participants will also learn what to do if you or your loved one is experiencing memory loss and where to seek help. This informational session live on Zoom will feature experts in the field of aging. FCA‘s Alzheimer’s and Dementia Caregiver Support Program is funded by Parker Jewish Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands.
