Learn how what you put on your plate can help you age more healthfully. Integrative Nutritional Coach Kathryn will be teaching some strategies on how to feel younger and stay healthier longer based on new scientific findings by Harvard Medical School scientists. They reveal the emerging technologies and simple lifestyle changes that can prolong vitality and slow down aging. Enjoy some superfood samples, plus recipes and handouts. Bring your questions!
