Holistic chef and  integrative nutritional health coach Kathryn will discuss mindfulness techniques as they relate to the way we approach food. Learn to apply them to your everyday life without feeling stressed. Finding peace with your food from a place of compassion is intuitive eating. There will be a cooking demo and informative handouts.
