Event Details

Decorate three cupcakes using blue frosting placed in a pastry bag and fitted with a rosette tip.  Make eyes out of marshmallows and then of course the cookie mouth.

Registration begins April 2.  Kits containing everything you need will be available for pickup beginning April 7.
