Join librarian Michael for an overview of the on-demand food industry with an introduction to some of the most popular apps, like DoorDash, UberEats and Open Table, as well as meal services like Blue Apron and Freshly. Patrons will learn how the apps and services work, as well as tips for comparing prices and available dietary options.
