Program Description : Chef Kathryn Bari-Petritis will show us how to make delicious salads that will spark our energy and enrich our health. She will demonstrate how to pair ancient grains, like farro and quinoa, with fresh greens and add-ins like nuts and legumes, to compose a complete meal in a bowl. Chef Kathryn is a holistic chef, educator and author of Health Transforming Foods. There is a $10 fee, which includes tasting samples, payable at registration beginning June 2 for South Huntington cardholders; all others June 9. Enrollment is limited.
