The program (TWIG) that runs the "classic" webmail interface for your SuffolkWeb account is out-dated and obsolete. The company that created it is no longer supporting it, and has not made any software updates to it for close to 5 years. The Suffolk Library Cooperative Library System (SCLS) has informed us that they will stop using TWIG on June 30th, 2011. Users should start to migrate their contacts and address books from TWIG and into the new webmail interface called SquirrelMail. SquirrelMail is more user-friendly, handles attachments and graphics more effectively, and incorporates SSL encryption security into the login screen.
