Register: June 17th to August 10th
Reporting Begins: June 26, 2017
Last Day to Report: Saturday August 12th, 2017, at 5:00 PM


Requirements
  1. All members read or hear any 8 books.
  2. You may substitute one book on Tape/Disc for one of your eight books.
  3. Any book over 200 pages for grade 3-4 and 300 pages for grades 5-6 will count as two books.
Online Registration
  1. Click I AGREE below after reading this.
  2. Click on the BUILD A BETTER WORLD! tab (grades K-6).
  3. Click on the SIGN ME UP button. (Note: Accounts do not carry over from previous years. Each Summer you need to make a new account.)
  4. Create a password for your account.
  5. Type in your first and last name. Using the drop down menus, choose your grade, school, and birthday.
  6. Type in your library barcode (without spaces).
Reporting
  1. Read books that you check out from the library. We want you to get into the library habit.
  2. Read your books at home. There is no rush.
  3. Log into your account using your library card barcode and password.
  4. You are able to record up to 3 books each day online. Complete the title, author and a short summary of the book(s) you have read.
AWARD
  • Every child who joins the Summer Reading Club will be entered into the Summer Raffle!
  • Prizes include a Kindle Fire, a Radio Flyer tricycle, a Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 Instant Camera, and a Pokemon Deluxe Card Collection.
  • Winners will be selected Monday, August 14th.
