Program Description : Motivational speaker Vin Ajwani will help us improve our lives and health in this new two-part workshop, designed to help us live longer and with a healthier state of mind. You will learn to forgive yourself and others, let humbleness overtake anger and move forward to a positive outlook. He will also demonstrate laughing yoga and discuss how the right food and physical activity can nourish your body, soul and intellect. Free, open to all.
