    Details : Instructor Augusta Berner will lead you through a yoga routine that will strengthen your body and relax your mind. There is a $32 fee payable at registration beginning Dec. 7 for South Huntington cardholders; others Dec. 14.

  6. Love Your Life Workshop

    Details : Do you love your life or do you feel that something is missing? Get in touch with the things that are most important to you by taking the Passion Test, a process based on the New York Times bestseller, The Passion Test by Janet Bray Attwood and Chris Attwood. Join Christina Loggia, certified Passion Test facilitator, and learn how to clearly define what matters to you and how to incorporate them into your life. There is a $5 fee for this 3-hour workshop, payable at registration beginning Jan. 4 for South Huntington cardholders, others Jan. 11. Enrollment is limited.
  7. Writing Your Memoirs

    Details : This is a 6-week workshop concentrating on autobiographical writing. Everyone has a story to tell, and this workshop will help participants write powerful and effective memoirs through group discussion, constructive critique of their work and short in-class writing assignments. In this supportive environment, participants can work on existing work, new work, a full memoir or short essays. The workshop is taught by New York Times bestselling author and award-winning journalist Robbie Woliver who also teaches writing and journalism at Farmingdale State College. There is a $25 fee, payable at registration, beginning Jan. 4 for South Huntington cardholders; all others Jan. 11.

  9. YA Coloring and Cocoa
    Time : 7:00 PM
    Location : Young Adult Room
    Details : Beat the winter cold and head to the library for a relaxing evening of coloring and hot cocoa. Work on a project with friends, or color a sheet for yourself. We provide the supplies, you bring the creativity.
