  1. A Time for Kids

    Details : Enjoy a series of fun, educational classes for preschoolers ages 18 months - 5 years (not yet in Kindergarten) and an adult caregiver. This is a skill building, interactive class that will help prepare your child for independent learning experiences. Register October 13.
  2. Positivity & Laughing Yoga
    Time : 10:00 AM
    Location : Meeting Room
    Details : Motivational speaker Vin Ajwani will help us improve our lives and health in this new two-part workshop, designed to help us live longer and with a healthier state of mind. You will learn to forgive yourself and others, let humbleness overtake anger and move forward to a positive outlook. He will also demonstrate laughing yoga and discuss how the right food and physical activity can nourish your body, soul and intellect. Free, open to all.
  3. Drop-In and Play
    Time : 12:00 PM
    Location : Program Room
    Details : Get out of the house, meet other parents and kids and have fun playing and talking together. It's a great way to meet other families in our community. Stay for as long or as little as you like.
  4. Crochet for Kids
    Time : 4:30 PM
    Location : Program Room
    Details : Miss Gail will teach you basic stitches. After you have perfected your stitch, you will be given instructions to make a crocheted scarf or bag. Please bring to class a J crochet hook and a 4 ply skein of yarn. Register October 6.
  5. Audio Recording Workshop
    Time : 5:00 PM
    Location : Young Adult Room
    Details : Record your song at the library and learn the basics of audio recording. This workshop meets October 13, 20, 27 and November 3 and 10 from 5pm-6:30pm. On November 10 students will stay to record our Open Mic Night at 7pm. Registration begins October 2.
  6. Friday Flicks: The Book of Henry
    Time : 7:00 PM

    Details : A single mother discovers a scheme in her son's book to rescue a young girl from the hands of her abusive stepfather and sets out to execute the plan at any cost. Naomi Watts. PG-13, 105 mins.
  7. Teen STEAM Challenge
    Time : 7:00 PM
    Location : Young Adult Room
    Details : Exercise your STEAM problem solving skills in this friendly team competition. A fun challenge will be unveiled on the night of the program to be sure you use your noodle, not your Google! Registration begins October 6.
