    Details : Try out the latest trend: Coloring for adults. It's so popular, in fact, that many of the best-selling soft cover books are adult coloring books! Come and find out why people enjoy it so much while you meet others and socialize. The library will provide coloring sheets and art supplies, but feel free to bring your own. Adults only, please.

    Details : Whether you enjoy bridge, canasta or mah jong, bring your game supplies and some friends and spend time playing and socializing. We will set up tables and chairs in the Young Adult Library on the lower level.

    Details : Do you love penguins? This is the program for you! We well be reading stories, and making some cool penguin crafts! You will go home with a family of beautiful, homemade penguins! Register January 11.
  5. Study Hours in the YA Library

    Details : The YA Library will provide extra tables and chairs for group study in support of our local school students. During these hours, gaming will be suspended.
  6. League of Women Voters Current Issues Series
    Time : 7:00 PM
    Location : Theater
    Details : The League of Women Voters of Huntington will host "The State of U.S. Health Care Policy." The group's president, Colette Knuth, will lead a discussion of the current health care policy and the most recent proposed changes. She holds a PhD in political science with a concentration in public policy analysis, and her specialty is US health care policy and services delivery. All welcome.
  7. Learn to Speak English

    Details : Adults who want to learn English are invited to participate in free ESL classes. Taught by a native English speaker, the classes are designed to help new English speakers practice and improve basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English, in a casual and fun environment. The program is free, and all are welcome.

Social media and marketing specialist Caitlin Meuser will teach you how to establish a social media strategy to connect with current and potential customers, as well as to grow your business in a way that is measurable and cost effective. Learn how to set up a business page on Facebook and Instagram, develop an understanding of the various social media platforms, and learn how to share content that is engaging and drives action. Free, open to all.
