  7. Learn to Speak English

    Details : Adults who want to learn English are invited to participate in free ESL classes. Taught by a native English speaker, the classes are designed to help new English speakers practice and improve basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in English, in a casual and fun environment. The program is free, and all are welcome.

    Details : Come and learn about the trillions of bacteria that comprise our microbiome and are the foundation of our immune system. Discover what keeps them healthy and what, in our modern lifestyle, may be harming the microbiome that inhabits our bodies. Fay Eikenes, Registered Dietitian will present this fascinating topic with an engaging PowerPoint presentation.
