Yoga for Teens

[Yoga_ClipArt.jpg] Tuesdays, January 24, 31 and February 7, 14

6:00-6:45 pm

For ages 13-19 years

Join instructor Augusta Berner for 45 minutes of yoga. You will work on proper alignment, breathing and precision. If you want to learn yoga, this is the class for you! Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing. Registration begins January 10. Click here to register!

YA WII TOURNAMENT NIGHT

Meet your friends at the library for a night of playing Wii favorites. This month is users' choice .

Come in and choose any one of the available Wii games at the library!
Refreshments and snacks will be served. For those in 6th grade and up only.

Authors Unlimited

[authorsunlimited.jpg] The public libraries of Suffolk County in collaboration with St. Joseph's College will be holding their second annual Authors Unlimited event on Saturday, April 28, 2012 from 10am to 4pm at the St. Joseph's College campus 155 West Roe Blvd, Patchogue, NY. Authors Unlimited provides an opportunity for teens to connect with young adult authors and celebrate reading.

16 authors are scheduled to attend and present dynamic workshops for teens. No tickets required and admission is free. Preference will be given to teens for seating and workshops. For more information, go to www.authorsunlimited.org .

Our collection holds over 9,500 books, including fiction, graphic novels, nonfiction, biographies, reference, test prep guides, and magazines.
